Kings Of Kung Fu Announced

Digital Tribe Games just announced a new fighting game called Kings Of Kung Fu that’s a passion project for the team. It’s the “ultimate fighting game for Kung Fu movie fans”, and after watching that trailer there is little doubt in that statement. The game will feature 8 character base roster at launch with 1 extra boss character, 12 unique and dynamic background stages inspired by classic films, 100+ unique moves per fighter, and local multiplayer matches.

Kickstarter Saturday – Woolfe: The Red Hood Diaries

Woolfe: The Red Hood Diaries is a cinematic fairy tale platformer where you play as a vengeful Red Riding Hood that’s full of drama and dark twists. It’s coming out for PC (Steam, or DRM-free) first, and for PS4 & XBOne later down the line.

The game stands on three main points, 2.5D platforming fun, third-person hack ‘n’ slash combat, and great looking environmental puzzles to solve that you can stop and take a moment to look at them on the way. following up on those main points, fight against familiar faces like the creeping beauty, and taking the original cruel story of Red Riding Hood and making it even more dark. Also you can use magic.

The games good looks, nice twisted story, and great voice acting, i can’t see why this game won’t get funded, and so far that’s holding true with more than 50% completed in funding in less than a week. Heck I’ve backed this game, because I’m a sucker for that character art style, a nice simplistic design with vivid colors and minor high quality detail. Plus playing in 2.5D then 3D hack ‘n’ slash is kind of neat. Also want to meet defeat creeping beauty because that gave me a nice warm chuckle.

If you like what you saw, read and hear about the game and want to support it, go to their KickStarter page and give them your support.
