  1. Steam Link

Steam Link Last month was Black Friday here in America, where all stores make crazy deals! Steam and GameStop made a deal on the Steam Link which was $50 but went all the way down to $5. I couldn't resist that offer, and I doubt anyone could. I went ahead and bought myself one. The shipping took a while but I received it yesterday! I honestly had no idea what to expect. I set it up today and played a game and it was pretty awesome. It came with an HDMI cable, Ethernet Cord, and the Power Cord. Setting it up was very easy. It updated quickly, then I connected it with steam from my laptop and played using both a PS4 controller and an Xbox 360 controller. The Xbox controller worked better in my opinion. I think its worth buying even if it's not on any kind of deal. You can stream any Steam game from your computer to your Tv and it's pretty good with no latency or lag what so ever! It won't let me upload any pictures soI will try to later!
  2. The Attack on Titan official game is a game that most if not all fans of the anime are anticipating, but one developer had a wanted to take a different approach and quite frankly, it's a better one. Guedin’s Attack on Titan Fan Game is just simply amazing, it looks (and i'm gonna just going to say it plays better too) a lot more awesome than the official game. It even plays awesome too with awesome complete control and precise aiming and movement/momentum. Plus it looks gorgeous. I've been playing the pre-alpha build of the game a lot, and that doesn't include the titans and can't wait for it to come in with the coop too. Here's some gameplay I've recorded.
  3. Hello guys... I was trying to find out if it was better to get a gaming laptop or building a gaming rig by buying different parts and just assembling them into a beast... My budget is around $900... Can anybody help me?? Thanks

  5. Fallout 4 is out, thoughts?

So Fallout 4 is finally out in the wild, and just wanted to know what are ya'll s opinion about it? did it meet your expectations as the next fallout game? or did it end badly?
  6. Now I love Battlefield (mostly BFBC2) and I love Arma 2 and 3, and these two have their own unique play style to them with both of the series focusing on big scale battles, but none of them captured a great war feel in regards to an online multiplayer session. That's where SQUAD comes in and saves the day to satisfy that lust. SQUAD is the next game from those who develop the Project Reality mod for Battlefield 2, and describing its position in popular FPS war games, it sets nicely between Arma and Battlefield where it provides a great balance between the arcade and realistic styles of gameplay. It's visually stunning but it is appealing to look at with the Unreal Engine 4 running it, although the sound design is just lovely. The gameplay on the other hand is what will appeal to a niche group of players. Talking from experiencing it, you'll be thrown into a huge map that's been greatly designed for tactical play, enter a squad and communicating with each other to advance on the battlefield and take control of points. That would be one quad's job to do, while another would survey the area, another would keep going on patrol and on the ready to strike, with another squad being support as a fail-safe if something goes wrong. This would all happen if every squad knows what they're doing and communicating, and that actually happens more so than usual compared to other FPS war games which is kind of nice. Also it's worth mentioning that the shooting part of the gameplay isn't easy regarding long distance shots. It's not as easy like in Battlefield or Arma even with the best of assault weapons. Aside from correct and accurate sniper shooting, tactical advancements and actions are king over quick shots, which again is a great refresher compared to other shooters. If you crave for a realistic first person war shooter but with no complications and a focus on actual tactical/strategical team-work, then give SQUAD a shot as it comes out on Steam Early Access this month in November.
  7. A nice anime 2D action 16-bit brawler called Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds Overdrive now has a short live action video, and simply put, it looks really nice! The game is on PC at the moment, but it's coming out for the PS4 on the 21st of July 2015 (this month) if you'd like it on that platform. The game
  8. I wonder when someone will make a first person shooter, or just a first person something that's mostly animated in anime 2D style. The thought came when I saw the above clip on Twitter, a clip from an anime called " " and it just looks great.Imagine a first person shooter with 2D anime animations such as the above, in a 3D environment shooting anime characters. That would be so awesome! Any game developer reading this, take this idea and please make it. I'll love you forever!

Yes we have a new sister site and some of you probably have seen it already, but we'd like to announce our new sister site: Future Beta Gamer. A fun little gaming focused site that will cover all games that are in development (Prototype, alpha, beta or anything in between). It's a useful site for gamers and game developers to have a site to go to and check up on such games. A select game will be featured everyday, news coverage of game development, and an archive of in-development games for you to check out or to have it as a reference to see what games you want to play. Hope you like what we have. Keep on gaming!
  10. While I am excited for Blade & Soul finally releasing for English users / in the west, I'd give Asker Online a shot. It looks cool looking at the game provided by Steparu. Graphically it looks shiny, and the gameplay looks like it came from Devil May Cry to an extent.
  11. We got Trine, then we got Trine 2, now we'll have Trine 3 coming to PC in 2015! Wooohoo! it's been a while =) Looks gorgeous! =3 Source
  12. Offworld Trading Company is going to be available on Steam Early Access on 12/02/2015. Here's what the game is Looks nice, but the price is.. it's a little bit high i think, 40$ , but maybe it will be worth it who knows.
  13. As the title says, im looking for reliable and legit stores that ship PC parts to Kuwait. I really want to build a PC but i can't find a store that does so :/ If the website is located in the emirates its even better because shipping would be faster and there would be less chances to damage the parts as they are shipped but anything goes, as long as they are good websites. Thanks, any help will be appreciated!

  17. Albion Online is (free game to play i think? but gotta pay to be in the alpha, in the lines of H1Z1 for example) game to people are saying it's kind of like Ultima online with runescape, it's on PC and mobile devices, and the winter alpha is starting this month on the 26th. Played the game before, it's neat, and fun to progress and whatnot, but it needs you to put time in it to go anywhere and get things, so it needs good amount of dedication, just keep that in mind. But, it's enjoyable, would play more of it, I have a guild with a funny name in it if one of you guys will be in it, I hope that it didn't get deleted though..
  18. Hello everyone, how was your gaming day ? > I hope better than good well as the title says I'm planing to change my pc case with a bigger one so I can customize and work on it better, right now I'm using a mid tower case and last time I wanted to change something inside the inside my hands turned to white >.<. so what do you prefer a good looking case with tons of fan slots and got a lot of space inside
  19. It hasn't been officially released or announced, just leaked, and so it's either an actual leak, or a really amazing fake, which I doubt, and there is no info in the trailer indicating that this is an expansion, but at this point the probability of it is really high, since their story updates has finished, and I'm guessing they will be an official announcement in the upcoming pax event. and now it's on the official YT channel of GW2, with a little bit more detail. Still no official word if expansion or not, plus, what's up with the easter egg in the title... "The dragon is rising… and no one in Tyria is safe. Prepare to take up arms and join the battle. Journey deeper in Guild Wars 2 Heart of Thorns. Subscribe to the Guild Wars 2 channel on YouTube for weekly developer videos, release videos and more! http://www.youtube.com/guildwars2 "

  21. Link Crysis 3 is 4 bucks on amazon. Totally worth it. Noticed it in another website, people dissing on it saying it's worth it for the graphics at this point, and some say it's so bad it's not even worth it for the graphics for 4 bucks, but I'm guessing they're just not to happy with how the story went. I wasn't hooked on the story for crysis 1 2 and 3, so i really didn't care, as such I'd confedintly say that the graphics, sounds, and other technicalities are amazing, plus the game itself in terms of gameplay is super fun, a great experience to be had. and i liked the MP, if you can find a server with people in it, give it a try, why not.
  22. Haven't seen much of this game since it was announced, so seeing this new gameplay trailer is neat. It's launching on Steam soon (Early 2015, and it's saying in January, with an offer ending on the 20th) with a price of 30$. Finally having a look at the game from the video above, it's looking nice, with a lot of stuff to do in it too, on the battlefield and outside of it, and they're showing a lot of confidence, so we'll see if it holds on release.
  23. Got a press release from the guys behind Road Redemption saying that "Shovel Knight, star of the 2014 award-winning platformer, is stepping into 3d to take on outlaw biker gangs in Road Redemption this holiday season." And this is amazing news, just look at that damn trailer, Shovel Knight is BADASS! also that metal soundtrack. LOVE IT! Here's the rest of the press release:
  24. Found this piece of news, I watched the video, and i want it now! Made (or/and published) by Squire Enix, a 4v4 3rd person multiplayer death match game releasing on the PC sometime in 2015, with an alpha test happening between 6th to 8th of February. Source
